Appointments

It is our pleasure to accommodate your appointment requests, please book online 24/7. If you have reached us after hours, please leave a message and we will return your call the following business morning. You may also email your appointment requests to info@phoenixbarbershoppe.com. While last minute or walk-in requests are always welcome, we do recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure desired times.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel any appointment. No show appointments or late notice cancellations will be charged for 50-100% the cost of the missed scheduled services. 100% charge for owner haircuts missed or cancelled late. 100% for no call no show appointments for all staff members. We will always do our best to fill in the spot. If so, you will not be charged.

Late Appointment Arrival

To insure optimum service, we recommend you arrive ten (10) minutes prior to your appointment time. If you do arrive late your service may need to be modified or rescheduled.

Service Guarantee

We do our best to start no longer than 5-10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact our manager within five business days of your appointment. We are committed to your total satisfaction and will be glad to re-service you.

Return Policy

Unopened merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit within ten days of purchase. No refunds on gift and deposits.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of services. The staff at the Phoenix Barber Shop graciously accepts your appreciation for exceptional client experiences. Industry standards are 15% to 20% of the service fee.
